Aaron earned his medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota before moving to Seattle for hematology fellowship at the University of Washington and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. His clinical and research work focuses on autoimmune disorders of the blood, including immune-mediated cytopenias and bleeding disorders, with an emphasis on integrating immunology and precision medicine to improve patient care.
