Welcome to the Washington Center for Bleeding Disorders (WACBD). We have a few details to help you make the most of your visit.

Your First Appointment
Your comprehensive visit will typically last about 2 hours and may include:
- A comprehensive medical history review
- Physical examination
- Laboratory tests
- Discussion of your diagnosis and treatment options
- Education about your condition and how to manage it
- Evaluation by physical therapy and/or social work if indicated
There is no need to fast prior to labs. Please drink plenty of liquids and eat breakfast/lunch as usual. You may be asked to bring shorts for a physical therapy assessment. We encourage you to ask questions and express any concerns during your visit. Our team is here to support and ensure you understand all aspects of your care.

To save time during your visit, we encourage you to complete your registration forms in advance:

You can download and print or complete these forms online through our secure patient portal. If you prefer, you can arrive 15 minutes early to complete these forms in our office.
If you are transferring care from another provider, request that your medical records be sent to WACBD prior to your appointment. Records can be sent to info@WACBD.org or fax 206-614-1178.

Directions
WACBD is located in the office building attached to the Washington Convention Center at the Arch on the corner of 7th Avenue and Pike Street in downtown Seattle.
We are able to validate your parking if you use the underground garage on 7th Avenue between Pike Street and Union Street.

Parking Information
The parking garage entrance is on 7th Avenue, between Pike Street and Union Street. Here's how to reach us:
- Enter the parking garage on 7th Avenue.
- Choose any of the four parking levels - all have elevator access.
- Take the elevator to the One Convention Place office tower lobby.
- In the lobby, walk around the security desk to find another bank of elevators.
- Take these elevators to the 19th floor, where you'll find the WACBD clinic.
