Patient Financial Assistance Program
The Patient Financial Assistance Program Policy at the Washington Center for Bleeding Disorders aims to help patients who cannot afford their medical bills. This program is designed for those who are underinsured, uninsured, homeless, or have low income. Patients can apply for financial assistance, which may cover part or all of their medical expenses based on their income level. The policy ensures that everyone, regardless of their background or financial situation, has access to necessary medical care.
To apply, patients need to fill out an application and provide proof of income. The center will review the application and determine eligibility based on federal poverty guidelines. If approved, patients may receive discounts on their medical bills or even full coverage in some cases. The goal is to make sure that financial barriers do not prevent patients from receiving the care they need.
If you have questions about your bill or need to discuss payment options, please don't hesitate to contact our billing department. We're here to help and can help you set up payment plans or explore financial assistance options if needed.
Your health is our priority, and we're committed to providing high-quality care while helping you manage the financial aspects of your treatment.
