Glenn has been working in the IT field since 1993, building his career through roles in Help Desk, Desktop Support, System Administration, and IT Management. Along the way, he's had the privilege of supporting organizations in a wide range of industries including healthcare, aerospace, construction, manufacturing, biotech, insurance, and IT services, which has given him a broad perspective on how technology drives business success. He is passionate about solving problems, supporting users, and keeping systems running smoothly so teams can focus on their goals.
