Parking Garage
Parking Instructions for One Convention Place
Location: The One Convention Place parking garage is located under the building on 7th Avenue, between Union Street and Pike Street.
Parking:
Park in any available spot in the garage.
Bring your parking ticket with you for validation (this is the only garage we validate for).
If a "Full" sign is displayed, inform the attendant that you are a patient to access reserved spots.
Accessing the Building:
Take the elevator in the center of the garage to the main lobby.
In the main lobby, proceed past the security desk to the second set of elevators.
Take these elevators to the 19th floor.
Tips:
Ensure you have your parking ticket when you leave the garage for validation.
If you encounter difficulties finding the garage or reserved spots, contact our office for assistance.
Directions from the South
- Take I-5 North toward Seattle
- Take the Seneca Street Exit, and turn right onto 6th Ave.
- Continue on 6th Ave until you get to Pike Street
- Turn right onto Pike St
- Turn right onto 7th Ave
- The parking garage will be immediately on your left before you get to the next street. (it’s an Ace parking garage right next to the Eagles building/ACT Theater)
Directions from the North
- Take I-5 South toward Seattle
- Take exit 165B for Union St
- Turn right onto 7th Ave
- The parking garage will be immediately on your right before you get to Pike St.
